The Puteri Harbour Family Theme Park at Nusajaya, Johor.

"Puteri Harbour Family Theme Park (N1.41584 E103.65740) is a 4-level building, located strategically in Nusajaya Johor, 20 minutes drive from the Malaysia-Singapore Second Link, 25 minutes away from the Senai International Airport or 10 minutes away from LEGOLAND® Malaysia. Puteri Harbour Family Theme Park provides a series of  unique experiences and excitement through popular global children’s characters from LAT, Sanrio Hello Kitty Town and The Little Big Club®. Visitors will be entertained and play-learn via rides, activities and shows provided. It is an immersive learning and play experience for everyone."

The Family Theme Park is under construction and will be open for public on the end of October 2012.

There are 4 level of different theme on each floor...
*  LAT's Place - "A themed restaurant which will bring the world of legendary local cartoonist, Dato’ Mohd Nor Khalid or Dato’ LAT’s famed Kampung Boy (Village Boy) character to life."

*  Sanrio Hello Kitty Town - "The first Hello Kitty theme park outside of Japan, consists of various walk-through attractions, interactive activities and rides which follow the Hello Kitty theme. Key features include, Black Wonder, a hi-tech interactive themed experience and Kitty House, an iconic Hello Kitty house complete with living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen."

"Visitors can also look forward to the “Purrfect” stage which will house Hello Kitty and her friends where they will showcase a live performance."

*  The Little Big Club® - "The Little Big Club® will house lovable children’s characters, Bob the Builder®, Barney®, Angelina Ballerina®, Pingu® and Thomas & Friends® in Puteri Harbour Family Theme Park. It will be the first time in the world that the 5 popular global characters are housed in a single themed attraction, adding originality and exclusivity to the Puteri Harbour Family Theme Park."

"Level 3 features the famous Thomas & Friends® characters that offer multiple rides which include classic bumper cars themed on Thomas, Percy, Mavis as well as Troublesome Trucks characters, each with different facial expressions."

For the time being, the building is almost complete and still some area to touch up in the interior...

The Puteri Harbour Family Theme Park

This will be another Nice and Good entertainment for family, kids and everyone! Due to the safety issue, we are not allow to enter the building yet...let's patiently wait until the right moment and explore the 2nd International Theme Park in Johor!

The new Expressway from Danga Bay to Nusajaya, it's really smoothern the traffic in the different area along the expressway, and it's also shorthern the traveling hour from Johor Bahru town to Nusajaya.

Operating Hours : Monday to Sunday - 10am to 6.00pm
Puteri Harbour Family Theme Park will be closed every Tuesday except for Malaysian and Singaporean public holidays / school holidays. For further information, kindly refer to the website for park closure days.

Asia's First LEGOLAND open to public!

"Johor, 15 September 2012 – LEGOLAND® Malaysia opened its gates today to thousands of excited children and their families. The first international theme park in Malaysia has more than 40 rides, shows and attractions spread over 76 acres. Eager guests enjoyed a special performance by a marching brass band, flown in from the home of the original LEGOLAND Park in Denmark. Greeted by confetti and costume characters, guests entered the turnstiles for the first time.

LEGOLAND® Malaysia, the sixth LEGOLAND Park in the world, is an interactive and educational experience created for families with children between the ages of 2 and 12. For the LEGO® fan, the Park will be the ultimate LEGO “clubhouse.” Future plans are already in place for LEGOLAND Malaysia to be the largest family destination resort in Southeast Asia. A Water Park and Hotel are already under construction for opening in 2013 and 2014."

We were there around 8.30am and the area was packed.

There were peoples from Media and also visitors who like to witness the 'Open' of the First LEGOLAND in Asia. The Management had prepared many entertainment shows for the opening in morning session...

There was a Magic show that I missed! Well, it's alright...at least I watch the Billund Marching Band from Denmark. The Band is form by a group of teenager and they performed very well!

After all the shows, all the visitiors were queue up to enter the Theme Park which open on 10am and the General Manager served the 'First' customer of the day!

For us, we continued to tour around the park and there were actually surprises waited for us...and the weather as usual...Hot and Humid!

First, the vehicles, ships and many many miniatures were moving automatically according to the program! That was really Awesome!

There were many Cloth Dryer boxes around the Adventure Land, if you get wet after the water ride, no worries...just step into the box and it will blow you up till you dry! But don't forget to fill the RM5 note. One of the Surprise! :)

Beside this, I saw a Symphony pool next to the Pizza Mania Restaurant. Nice music played by the instruments which built by LEGO bricks!

The Children Driving School which my daughter missed it on our last visit...

Our teammates can't hold themselves to ride on the Project X Roller Coaster again! They really young in heart and had their fun in the park! Haha!

We managed to watched the 4D show in the theater on this visit, it was Great and Total Different Experience of the 15 minutes show! Must watch! :)

Everyone is provide with the glasses and will return it after the show...
